– A 5-Week Challenge

for Growth & Self-Discovery

This unique 7.5-hour intensive program, completed over five weeks, is inspired by both Taoist wisdom and martial arts discipline.

* Challenge yourself with a structured yet adaptable training format.

* Train with purpose—develop mental clarity, body awareness, and personal resilience.

* Choose your own start date—this challenge is available anytime that fits your schedule!

3. Bi-Monthly Training Program – A 3-Month Path to Deeper Learning

For those seeking a structured yet spacious learning process, this program offers two in-depth sessions per month, allowing time for independent practice. You can start in any season and adapt the pace to your personal rhythm.

4. Earthing Tai Chi Program

- Align with Nature, Experience Qi

A seasonal practice in spring, summer, and autumn, integrating the concept of “接地气”—grounding oneself physically and energetically. Develop a deeper connection between mind, body, and the natural world.

Each program is designed with built-in rest periods (two weeks to a month) so you can internalize learning without feeling overwhelmed. We encourage students to embrace the Taoist principle of effortless action (无为) while applying SMART GOALS—progressing step by step, with clarity and intention.
