Course Description

Seeking Balance is a gentle training series

for students who have completed the six foundational hours

and wish to continue practicing in a calm, steady rhythm.

This class is open to:

• new students who recently completed their foundation

• current students continuing their practice

• returning students re‑entering after a break

Each cycle stands on its own.

Join whenever the timing feels right.

Why This Class Exists

A place to return to balance, again and again

Life moves.

Schedules shift.

Energy rises and falls.

Interest changes with the seasons.

Seeking Balance offers a simple anchor,

a quiet place to come back to yourself

and continue building the skills you’ve already begun.

This class is not about learning fast or mastering a long routine.

It is about something quieter:

• finding steadiness in movement

• reconnecting with your body

• practicing attention and breath

• building skill through repetition

• learning how to stay balanced in a changing life

Every session introduces a different aspect of foundational kung fu training.

Sometimes stepping, sometimes hand methods,

sometimes breath and coordination,

sometimes a short sequence such as the Zheng Manqing 37.

The focus is always the same:

clarity, calmness, and steady growth.

 Who This Class Is For

A class designed for many rhythms

You may join if you:

• completed the six foundational hours

• are currently studying in any program

• are returning after a break

• want a steady place to practice

• prefer a calm, slow, supportive environment

• enjoy learning without pressure

This class is suitable for all levels.

Beginners, intermediate students, and long‑time practitioners

all benefit from returning to the basics.

Everyone practices together,

and each person receives gentle guidance

based on their own body and rhythm.
