It is an excellent way to improve both mind and body while connecting with others in a dynamic, interactive way.

To make the most of this course, we encourage you to find a partner who is interested and willing to take on the challenge with you. If you don’t have a partner yet, start reaching out and forming your own training group. The more participants you gather, the greater the learning experience—and the more affordable the course becomes!

Course Details:

• Scheduling:

• If you have a partner, you can coordinate with the instructor to start at a mutually convenient time.

• For groups of four or more, a fixed schedule will be set to accommodate all members.

• Pricing (per person, for 6 sessions):

• 2-person group: $200

• 4-person group: $150

• 6-8 person group: $100

• Special offer: Teams of six or more who complete 12 hours of training within the same year can continue at a discounted rate of $70 per 6-session course (valid for the same year).

• Who Can Join?

Push Hands is adaptable to different fitness levels. However, it does involve partnered physical contact, so participants should consider whether this is suitable for them. Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious health concerns should consult a doctor before participating.

Push Hands varies across different Tai Chi styles, but all share a focus on interactive movement, balance, and sensitivity. This course introduces key methods, including:

Single-Hand Push Hands (both fixed-step and moving-step variations)

Double-Hand Push Hands, progressing from basic circular movements to advanced four-direction drills

Moving-Step Push Hands, covering essential stepping techniques for fluid adaptability
